Richard Cooper, MBCI

Founder & CEO

Richard is recognized as a Global industry leader in the deployment of business continuity management software and technology risk management solutions. He is a business continuity management subject matter expert and is responsible for introducing and deploying BCM and various notification tools internationally to many of the world’s largest organizations. Richard has over sixteen years’ experience in the business continuity and risk management marketplace and has focused on leveraging technology and unique service approaches to create best of class business continuity and operational risk management programs. He brings a unique “client first” philosophy and has rewarded hundreds of clients with cost effective, scalable and long lasting service solutions.  Prior to forming Arbor Continuity Inc., Richard was the Managing Director of Business Continuity at Metric One Inc. after the merger with BPSI, where he had held various service and sales roles over 12 years including company President. Prior to joining BPSI, Richard was a founding partner and President of the Packing House Inc. a leading document management company that was ultimately sold to Iron Mountain Inc.

 

Steve Greenstein

SVP of Client Services

As SVP of client services, Steve’s role is to assure that all service level agreement aspects of the client experience are being executed as intended. Steve is a highly skilled and qualified business executive with a broad, diversified and progressive knowledge base in financial, operational and technology service solutions.  He gained his expertise  in private, public, not-for-profit and professional services industries. He has a proven track record of success and expertise in identifying, understanding and addressing client requirements at the “C” level with Fortune 1000 companies, middle market organizations and small firms. Steve brings over 20 years of expertise in enterprise technology risk management solutions and services with specific distinction in business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning. Steve has a strong consultative partnering philosophy and consistently implements win-win scenarios for clients.  Prior to his position with Arbor Continuity, Steve led many well known consulting practices for international CPA and professional services firms.

 

Lynne Barry

Business Development Director

Lynne is the Business Development Director for Arbor Continuity.  She is responsible for business development, sales and market strategy.  Lynne has 25 years of experience in enterprise risk & compliance consulting sales to highly regulated industries & their supply chains.  Lynne enjoys large, complex customer environments and excels at creating high impact consulting solutions for our client base. In addition to risk management solution sales, Lynne’s broad based technical background includes software, hardware, IT security and value added network services sales from her tenure at British Telecom, FIS, IBM, Lawson Software and RSM.

 

Ron Marcus

VP of Marketing

Ron has been working in branding and marketing communications for 27 years. He has both broad and deep experience with branding and marketing strategy and tactics. He is a true multi-disciplinarian with a combination of big-picture thinking and tactical execution. He’s worked for many years on both the client side and the agency side. Ron’s forte is helping both startups and companies that are reinventing themselves to develop and align their mission, culture and brand, then create and execute winning branding and marketing strategies. He’s worked with a wide variety of B2B companies in diverse industries. He’s also helped a number of nonprofits optimize their marketing programs. Ron is an accomplished public speaker and presenter, corporate video producer, musician and martial artist. When he’s not working, Ron plays in bands, teaches karate, and volunteers.
